Building on decades of experience and lessons learned, Cui Prodest guides clients in managing corporate communications and global engagement with key stakeholders, including media, civil society, foundations, private sector, donor countries, and international organizations, as well as employee engagement. Cui Prodest has managed strategic communications for the Offices of Prime Minister in Kosovo and North Macedonia, Ministries of Health, Justice, Tourism and the City of Mostar. World Bank's Regions and Verticals and leads the management of reputation risk.

ACTIVITIES
Millennium Challenge Corporation East Africa: Designed and conducted comprehensive market mapping and competitive landscape analysis of 40 agricultural firms and cooperatives in Malawi to identify best practices of inclusive economic growth and to estimate the profitability of commercially viable markets for potential investors. Drafted strategy paper, shared findings and recommendations through presentations, policy briefs, and validation workshops.
USAID/India Regional and Bilateral Mission: Supported development of a regional platform for an inclusive digital economy in South Asia (Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka), conducted a meta-analysis for the Indo-Pacific Strategy, served as outreach advisor to executive leadership, led capacity building exercises and training.

World Bank/Montenegro Health Transition Project: Embedded in the Ministry of Health to help expand the capacity to formulate and effectively communicate health policies, health sector regulatory mechanisms and health insurance functions. Supported the change management reforms in the restructuring of the health systems framework.
World Bank/Macedonia Transition Policy Advisor: Embedded in the Ministry of Health to improve the governance, efficiency, user and provider satisfaction and long-term fiscal sustainability of the healthcare system. Launched the public affairs department, recruited professional staff, provided media relations training, drafted guides for public outreach, developed communications tools.
